For non-direct transom installation - mount Talon between the transom and your outboard or between the transom and your jack plate. For 3" setback from transom, starboard side. Mounting hardware included. Provides a 5" of additional clearance and 4" rise for larger outboard engines .

Finding your bracket - all adapter bracket feature a code that indicates setback distance, side clearance, rise and mounting location.
- J - indicates whether or not bracket will be mounted to side of jack plate
- # - indicates length of setback (3", 6" or 9")
- S or P - indicates Starboard or Port mount
- L - indicates long side clearance, which is standard on all brackets
- T - indiciates if bracket is for non-jack plate mounting on Triton fiberglass bass boats
